Browns Socialhouse Mount Royal Village is looking for a new General Manager to lead their team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in a General Manager role who is confident in their abilities to lead and build a strong team as well as manage all day to day operations of a restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Hiring, training and supervising staff,

Analyzing financial statements,

Creating shift schedules and managing labour costs;

Collaborating with the Head Chef to manage labour and food cost;

Overseeing all maintenance of decor and equipment;

Creating long lasting relationships with guests;

Promoting the location to increase sales and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 years as a General Manager in the restaurant industry;

Proven leadership and exceptional customer service skills;

An entrepreneurial spirit.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
