General Manager - Corporate banking and Investments

Responsibilities
• To ensure optimum debt level at all the time with minimum finance cost for DCBL and group companies in cement business.
• Arrangement of financing at lower cost, negotiate loan agreements at favourable terms and monitoring compliance of the same.
• Ensure timely credit rating for debt exposure and dealing with rating agencies and strategize for rating upgrade
• Oversee trade finance operations: Import / Export LC’s, Bank Guarantees, availment of buyers credit, Supply Chain Finance and Invoice Discounting.
• Improvement in loan agreement terms, harmonization of sanction terms with lenders for future borrowing.
• Support other business teams in managing their funding requirement related to operations, expansion or acquisitions
• Finalize cashflow projections, Financial model and review MIS related to Loan and WC monitoring.
• Support the Treasurer in investment & Forex hedging decisions for DBL, DCBL group
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• CA / MBA with 14-17 years’ experience. Preferably with team leading expertise
• 7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing corporate or bank credit teams, raising long term INR loans & NCD
• Strong relationship management with bankers from PSU, private sector and MNC
• Analytical skills with advanced Excel, Exposure to SAP modules and banking systems
