- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing tax functions, demonstrating strategic and operational excellence.
- Expertise in developing and implementing tax strategies that effectively minimize tax liabilities and optimize overall tax efficiency.
- Lead and oversee all direct tax-related activities across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strategically develop and execute tax plans that balance regulatory compliance with the pursuit of tax efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on complex tax issues and transactions, ensuring sound decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Manage comprehensive tax planning processes, including the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns.
