The Role
We are looking for an experienced, well connected and organized - End to End Recruitment -General Manager.
Experience: 15+ years of HR End to end recruitment experience globally, should have worked in BPO/Call Centre industry and Financial/Healthcare services
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct extensive searches through job sites, job postings, internal database and search engines, networking etc.
• Screen resumes and preliminary interviewing of candidates to evaluate their credentials
• Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates
• Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.
• Well versed in HR practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting
• Extend, negotiate, and close candidate offers for acceptance
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, citizenship status, salary range, relocation needs, and knowledge of skillset
• Evaluate factors such as experience, education, skills, fit within the company
• Facilitate moving each candidate through the recruiting process in a timely manner
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree
• 15+ years in End-to-End Recruitment
• Demonstrated capability in filling multiple roles quickly
• Involvement in nation-wide recruiting
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to understand people, conduct different types of interviews and evaluate candidates' personality traits and basic technical skills
• Passion to create an amazing candidate experience
• Team spirit with a sense of ownership and "get things done" attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
• Great communication skills
