Job Description
We are partnering a successful Family Investment Office with this critical hire in one of their portfolio companies, offering a genuine opportunity for an aspirational finance leader to deliver control, business process improvement initiatives, transformation and commercial partnering activities within a growth orientated enterprise.
The role will ensure the company's financial health, sustainability and compliance while driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth initiatives. You will lead the finance team, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
You will provide strategic financial insights to the executive leadership team and board, enabling informed decision-making that aligns with the company's long-term objectives. Additionally, you will have responsibility for the company's IT function, including strategy development and the identification and execution of system and process efficiencies.
This position demands a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, business expertise and the ability to partner with departmental managers to optimise financial performance while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Candidate must be CPA/CA qualified
Prior management experience within the capital equipment/asset service and maintenance sector is highly desirable
Experience in automotive, heavy machinery, large medical equipment and technology solutions space is also beneficial
