this role will support the Company in managing balance sheet, P&L account, establishing internal control and audit measures, statutory compliance, cost control measures, monthly MIS preparation etc.
Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Liaison with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors
Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

Education: Chartered Accountant
Experience :
Experience: 15 years plus

Ensuring the timely delivery & accuracy of highly visible MIS reports & presentations & assist in Business Operations through data analysis, identifying trends, flag opportunities for both business & process improvement, automate routine tasks etc, thus enabling the Division to meet its Business & Financial Objectives.
Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Knowledge of Assessment, Appeals, Provisions, etc. of Income Tax / Sales Tax / VAT etc.
Thorough Knowledge about GST and GST reconciliation, Filing returns etc.
