The role
You will play a key role in managing the group’s treasury functions which includes Nissan Financial Services Services Australia and Nissan Motor Corporation company’s funding, capital markets, risk management, and financial operations. Reporting to the CFO Financial Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the group has the financial strength and agility to support our customers and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Liquidity & Cash Management – Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital optimisation, and investment strategies.
Risk Management – Manage FX, interest rate, and commodity hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Banking & Financing Strategy – Develop strong banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, and ensure optimal capital structure.
Treasury Operations – Implement best practices for treasury processes, automation, and compliance.
Leadership & Strategy – Drive treasury initiatives in alignment with Nissan’s financial goals and mentor the treasury team.
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record of treasury experience in a multinational corporation or financial institution.
Extensive expertise in liquidity management, FX hedging, and financial risk management and asset backed finance.
Deep understanding of global banking structures, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and financial modeling tools.
