Can you step onto the restaurant floor, sense when something is off before a guest complains, guide your team in the middle of a rush, fix the issue end-to-end — and still earn the trust of hotel leadership?
Understand hotel guest expectations — not just walk-in diners
• Own service gaps instead of passing blame
• Lead teams operating across long service hours
• Hold service, hygiene, and brand standards firm — every shift
• Represent the restaurant confidently when leadership asks:
• “Is service under control?”
Smooth services with minimal escalations
A team that feels supported, not stressed
Hotel leadership trusting your presence on the floor more than any dashboard
Run daily restaurant operations → opening to closing
Lead service on the floor → especially during peak hours
Train and coach the team on service, grooming, and brand standards
Coordinate closely with the kitchen for smooth service flow
Monitor inventory, wastage, and F&B costs
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times
Execute promotions and brief the team before launches
Be present, visible, and accountable — every shift
Set the dining experience for hotel guests
Decide whether service issues are ignored or resolved
Protect margins while maintaining hotel-quality standards
Your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction, hotel revenue, and brand reputation .
This role is for trained hotel restaurant professionals only .
You hold a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
You have minimum 4 years of experience in hotel restaurant operations (Experience in business hotels, boutique hotels, or premium hotel brands preferred)
You have managed service across multiple meal periods
You have handled in-house guest complaints and service recovery
You lead from the floor, not from the office
You aspire to grow into senior hotel F&B leadership roles
