Are you a highly creative Interior Designer with a passion for transforming spaces into luxurious, experiential environments? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and innovate in one of India's fastest-growing cosmopolitan hubs - Bangalore.
About the Role:
As the Senior Manager/General Manager of Interior Design, you will be the creative force behind high-profile food & beverage and hotel projects within a prestigious 62-acre urban mixed-use development. You'll be leading a talented team and working closely with global stakeholders to bring visionary designs to life in the vibrant city of Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Leadership: Lead the design and execution of luxury interior spaces, with a focus on F&B outlets, hotel interiors, and high-end residential projects.
• Design Excellence: Visualize and sketch design plans, source high-quality products and materials, and ensure that all design specifications meet global standards.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of interior design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to create cohesive design solutions that integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) considerations.
• Innovation: Develop new typologies and innovative design concepts that set benchmarks in the industry.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in interior design, with a significant focus on food & beverage and hotel interiors.
• Global Perspective: Prior experience working on international projects or within a global design firm is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant software. A working understanding of MEP and structural elements is crucial.
• Creativity & Vision: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and luxurious interior designs.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a design team, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Education: A degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputed institution.
