Exp: 5-8 years; • Min Prior experience of 5 years as Factory Head. Candidates only from Food/FMCG industry will be considered. Other pre-requisites- • Proven track record • Excellent leadership and man management skills. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Analytical, cost conscious and proactive. • Process and quality oriented. • Age bellow 50 yrs Role & Responsibilities • Overall responsibility of plant operations (Demand vs. PPC, Production scheduling, Engineering, Stores inventory management, Administration, Transportation, Logistics & SCM, etc.) • Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output. • Designing SOPs and Systems up gradation. • Cross functional team building and process management • Optimization techniques and efficient facilities management. • Optimizing of MIS and communication free flow
