Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day office operations and facility management
• Monitor cleanliness, pantry, stationery, and coordinate with support staff
• Manage front desk, visitor handling, mail, couriers, and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and enforce basic security protocols
• Assist with travel bookings, meeting room schedules, and event logistics
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, utilities, and supply needs
• Track inventory and raise purchase requests as needed
• Help with vendor invoices and basic documentation
• Support HR with onboarding (ID cards, desk setup) and internal events
• Maintain admin records and filing systems
• Assist the reporting manager in daily administrative tasks and follow-ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
Experience:
• Administrative: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person

• Addressing property matters, including transactions and due diligence.
• Driving strategic legal initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with internal departments for seamless legal operations.
Requirements:
• LLB or equivalent qualification.
• 20+ years of experience in litigation management, regulatory affairs, and property-related matters, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Expertise in handling complex legal challenges with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in compliance management and stakeholder coordination.
