General Manager - Corporate | Leading Security & Facilities Management Company | Delhi/NCR
We are a leading Security & Facilities Management Company in North India with over three decades of successful operations. Headquartered in New Delhi, with 10 branch offices across various states, we are looking to appoint a General Manager - Corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of all branch offices
- Manage customer relations and assist in business development
- Spearhead new projects and conduct security audits
- Integrate technology into various security operations
- Liaise with government and police authorities
- Develop and implement training modules
Location: Based in Delhi/NCR with travel to all branch offices and potential expansion sites.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Private Security Industry (PSI)
- Ex-servicemen preferred, but civilians with relevant experience and thorough job knowledge are welcome to apply
- Smart personality with a pleasant demeanor
- Fluent English speaking ability
- Strong desire for professional growth
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: INR 12 Lacs per annum
- Fuel reimbursement
- Incentives on business development
- Boarding, lodging, and travel as per grade
