The ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operations. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue
