General Manager of Rooms Operations

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Rooms Operations to join our team at Hyatt Place Bharuch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Rooms Division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operations. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue

• Maintain compliance with Hyatt International's Corporate Standards and brand guidelines

Requirements:
