Experience: 10 to 15 years in Healthcare / Senior Care / Wellness industry
Zealver is looking for a dynamic operations leader to head operations for our Healthy Aging Plans
division. This role will own end-to-end operations from onboarding and service delivery to
retention, quality, and scale, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our members.
Responsibilities overview:
• Execute the complete plan lifecycle: onboarding, service delivery, renewals & retention
• Drive service excellence with strong SLA adherence and member satisfaction (NPS)
• Build and optimize SOP-led, scalable operations across cities
• Manage vendor & partner ecosystem (doctors, diagnostics, care providers)
• Oversee team performance, training, and operational KPIs
• Work closely with business teams on reporting, engagement & escalations
Ideal candidate profile:
• 10+ years background in healthcare / senior care / subscription-based services
• Experience managing multi-city operations & vendor ecosystems
• Proven ability to build SOP-driven, scalable teams
• Focus on service excellence, process optimization & client satisfaction
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
