Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Analyze, monitor, and optimize campaign performance using relevant metrics and data insights
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication across channels
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment
Drive client communication, translating business challenges into effective performance marketing strategies
Execute campaigns across biddable platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
7–10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Prior experience in the BFSI category is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
