General Manager - P2P || Pune
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading large teams in P2P and driving performance through people whilst maintaining a strong partnership with local markets, enabling teams and the inter dependent teams.
- Requires to also constantly look for simple ways to resolve complex issues, drive the digital agenda and drive process optimization.
- Will lead a span of 100+ people.
- Influence change management and analytical blend of working.
- Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process working closely with the relevant parties viz. Local markets -finops / Business, Internal stakeholders and Real Estate Community of Practice.
- Drive transformational projects on end to end operations through process standardization and automation.
- Ensure Data quality is maintained to drive the accurate financial reporting and accounting.
- Ensure 100% compliance to Sox Controls and balance sheet polices.
Requirements :
- Experience in Real Estate/Accounts Payable and Lease Accounting (IFRS 16)
- Strong prioritization, organizational and people management skills
- Experience of working in a multinational environment
- Comfortable working in a very fast-changing and high-pressure environment.
- 5+ years of team handling experience (Current team size should be 100+)
- SAP working knowledge
- Qualified Chartered accountant with 13+ years of experience in operations in a complex global organization.
- Performance on Operational & Strategic KPIs/Targets
