JobRole- General Manager - Hospitality
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant hospitality venue, which includes a café, full-service restaurant, and bar. The GM is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational efficiency, team leadership, financial performance, and consistent delivery of brand standards.
• Operational Excellence
• Oversee daily lounge, bar, and kitchen operations
• Ensure smooth service flow and adherence to SOPs
• Guest Experience & Satisfaction
• Maintain high service standards and handle VIP guests
• Resolve customer complaints and enhance guest engagement
• Team Management
• Hire, train, and manage FOH and BOH staff
• Foster a performance-driven and positive team culture
• Sales & Revenue Growth
• Drive lounge sales through promotions, upselling, and events
• Monitor and improve P&L, costs, and revenue targets
• Brand Representation & Compliance
• Maintain F Lounge brand standards and ambiance
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance
• Marketing & Events Coordination
• Collaborate on events, theme nights, and influencer tie-ups
• Support local marketing and digital presence initiatives
