The Role
As General Manager, you are responsible for:
Driving membership sales performance
Running a defined sales system (process provided — execution required)
Coaching yourself first, then reinforcing standards on the floor
Owning daily, weekly, and monthly production numbers
Ensuring follow-up, tours, and trials are executed properly
Acting as the adult in the room when it comes to performance
This is a player-coach role. You sell. You set the tone. You enforce the standard.
Who This Role Is For
You are a strong fit if:
You have 2–5+ years of sales experience (gym sales strongly preferred)
You are comfortable with scripts, structure, and repetition
You respond well to direct feedback
You work best with clear targets and consequences

Base salary + performance-based incentives
