Job Description
As the Sales Head, you will be a pivotal leader in expanding our market presence and securing new business opportunities within the BPO, FSM, and Back Office sectors. You will leverage your extensive industry experience and established network to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development:
Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.
Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Proactively identify and pursue new client acquisitions within the BPO, FSM, and Back Office domains.
Strong expertise in acquiring BFSI process.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Sales Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Drive team collaboration and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Operational Excellence & Reporting:
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports to senior management.
Effectively manage email communications and leverage CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Business Development & Networking:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship building.
Leverage existing market connections to generate leads and drive business growth.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development within the BPO, FSM, and Back Office sectors.
MBA or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
Extensive network of industry contacts and relationships.
Excellent connections in the BFSI sector.
Proven experience in acquiring back office operations process.
Proven experience in acquiring field service management business.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
