Job Profile:
- Responsible for all kind of hiring's across India and APAC
- Build strong volume hiring strategies, skillset management and manage resources effectively
- Work with volatile hiring needs and come up with strategies to meet those numbers
- Build strong teams and scout for talent internally and externally
- Understand the talent metrics and take prompt decision for the better functioning of team.
- Well versed with technology and able to build initiatives around it
- Act as a trusted advisor to Stakeholders on Market intel and Talent retention.
Candidate Profile:
- Exp: Minimum 15+ years of experience.
- Incumbent must have volume & Tech hiring experience. APAC hiring is an added advantage.
- Strong Digital Mindset and forward thinker.
- Self- Starter who can work independently.
- Strong Leadership skills
