As K inga Ora moves forward on an exciting transformation journey, the General Manager - Urban Development & Delivery (UDD) leads a critical portfolio at the centre of K inga Oras transformation, bringing together the teams that deliver our largest brownfield and greenfield projects to build wellfunctioning, sustainable communities. The role oversees a major regeneration and landenablement pipeline, delivers buildready land for about 8,500 homes in current programmes, contributes to enabling around 52,000 warm, dry homes over time, and manages significant annual programme budgets with a substantial financial delegation.

The GM UDD sets a clear standard for largescale infrastructure and civil delivery, embeds strong urban design, programme controls and risk management, and leads the shift from alliance to inhouse delivery while meeting core commitments. Success relies on strong partnerships with iwi and M ori (mana whenua), Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Land for Housing, councils and CCOs, T maki Regeneration, community housing providers, private developers and infrastructure providers-keeping tight alignment with organisational strategy, customer outcomes and HUDs spatial plans, and operating in line with our principles.
