Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and compassionate General Physician (MBBS) to provide virtual medical consultations. You will engage with patients via phone or video calls, diagnose conditions based on symptoms and reports, and guide them with appropriate treatment plans or diagnostic tests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a tech-enabled healthcare environment and values patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities Conduct video and voice-based teleconsultations with patients.
Diagnose health conditions using patient history, symptoms, and lab reports.
Prescribe medications or recommend diagnostic tests as needed.
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle changes.
Maintain ethical standards and provide empathetic, high-quality care.
Utilize EHR systems to document consultations accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Stay updated on current medical guidelines and telehealth best practices.
Requirements MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
Valid medical license to practice in India.
Prior experience in general practice or telemedicine is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms.
Comfort with digital tools, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
