Shift & Hours
• Location: Palmetto, FL
• Pay: $18-$20 an hour
• 1st Shift
• 8‑hour workdays (example: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Monday–Friday only — no weekends
Key Responsibilities
· Assemble electrical components, wiring, and subassemblies according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
· Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and cable harness assembly
· Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance
· Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed
· Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
