Job Purpose
• As part of ATM product team, prepare & analyse the ATM channel P&L PAN India
• Support the team to work on ATM profitability by selecting strategic locations for new placements, relocation strategy etc
• Work with cross functions for monitoring card holder availability improvement
• Implementation of new revenue opportunities and lead generation capabilities for ATMs
• Coordination - ATM business & regulatory projects with timelines
• Ensure all ATM are compliant with all the local as well as regional guidelines
• Coordinate with various vendors e.g., ATM MSP, OEMs, Switch etc
• Business MIS & reporting governance
The Position Ensures
Complete and overarching view and product/business support to PAN India ATM channels.
Key Accountabilities
Accomplish All Responsibilities In Relation To
• Support the team for ATM budgetary requirement alignment
• Work to Implement fresh avenues for capturing leads through ATM channel and increase the productivity of the channel
• Review the ATM processes and work in alignment with other functions for best practices and implement the same to reduce ATM overheads
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure highest uptime for ATM as per regional standards
• Adherence – with Ops, control groups, technology
• Ensure all ATMs are maintained as per the organization standards and record deviations
• Act as Business Liaison with external stakeholders including RBI, IBA, UIDAI, NPCI
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Work on projects of cross sell opportunities of existing products through PAN India ATM channels
• Ensure no ATM remain non transactional due to business reason
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for implementing new functionalities to increase ATM productivity
• Contributing to updating of procedures, policies, controls, and monitoring plans for ATM business
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility for ATMs
• Business SPOC for Internal & External Audits and ensuring minimum “satisfactory” ratings
• Campaign management: Ideate, create, and run campaigns for driving ATM and Debit Card usage
• Define business requirement and work with technology teams to launch offerings via liaison with Internal & External partners
• Assist to Prepare the P&L (with revenue through transactions, exit strategy, reducing costs, increasing Off us fees etc.)
• Work on market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities
• Work with Marketing to develop and implement customer contact strategies and marketing tools to support acquisition, retention, and cross sale activities
• Monitor industry, market, competitor, and regulatory trends to ensure that opportunities and risks are identified, and appropriate plans are implemented
