About the role...
Role: GenAI Backend Architect/Developer, R&D
We are seeking a talented and experienced GenAI Architect to join our dynamic Backend Platform team. This role is critical in developing next-generation agentic applications using advanced frameworks. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and robust AI-driven solutions that meet enterprise needs.
What you’ll do for us…
Platform Architecture and Design:
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and engineering teams to understand requirements and design a robust, scalable platform.- Define the architecture and infrastructure components needed to support the organizations applications.- Design and implement reliable and robust infrastructure to make agents predictable.- Build and implement observability and evaluation frameworks for GenAI.
What you’ll have…
- Prior hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Llama), Agentic frameworks are MUST.- Min 6+ years of experience in Python, AI/ML.- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals & Software engineering principles (Algorithms, Data Structures)- Strong Knowledge of Cloud Platform (at least 1 of, AWS, Azure, GCP), Containers/Kubernetes.- Strong programming skills and experience in writing performant code working over large datasets.- Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Characteristics: A good leader who can communicate the project plans and status of projects effectively. A self-motivated person who can work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiatives.- We really value team spirit: Transparency and frequent communication is key.
