Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer - Delivery & Release to join our team.
This is an immediate joiner opportunity, with remote work options available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Genesys Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receives story assignments for build work and change requests
• Participates in story pointing during sprint planning
• Tests all items built in the dev org
• Completes peer review for work done by other developers in dev org
• Forms PR to test environment and requests PR approval
• Responds to defects even if the work was completed by another team member
Business Acumen:
• Able to understand how the things we build impact front-line agents and operations
• Able to explain how each build would benefit or change a business process
• Connecting technical delivery to business concepts and goals
• Able to hear out numerous stakeholders with conflicting requirements and provide recommendations on a balanced solution
• Able to translate IT and technical terminology into business language
Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows
• Experience working with CICD / DevOps / GitHub
• Able to identify opportunities to automate/streamline so that over time the team does more with less
Note:
The candidate is expected to work in Eastern hours + and some in regular hours as well.
