This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven, personal injury firm where you will have a direct impact on the lives of clients and the growth of the practice. As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full case cycle, develop your litigation skills, and work closely with a seasoned trial attorney.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, confidence in the courtroom, and a genuine passion for client advocacy. At Council & Associates, you won’t be a cog in a large machine. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team where your voice, contributions, and career growth truly matter.
Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 + bonuses yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury litigation cases.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings.
Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
Ensure thorough file management and compliance with deadlines.
Qualifications:
2 - 6 years of experience in personal injury law.
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities.
Ability to balance empathy for clients with a strong courtroom presence.
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
