German-speaking Early Childhood Educators ~ Froebel Alexandria

Froebel Alexandria is one of 5 early learning services run by the not-for-profit provider Froebel Australia. Our boutique centre caters for just 44 children from 6 months to 5 years, offering warm, creative indoor environments and an 80m² learning garden. Our educational program is built on immersive language learning (with German as a second language), inquiry-based learning through the award-winning Little Scientists program (https://littlescientists.org.au), and regular excursions that connect us deeply to our local community. What we’re looking for:
A qualified (and ACECQA recognised) Early Childhood Educator (Cert III, Diploma or working towards either qualification)
Someone who speaks German at native level
Someone who communicates thoughtfully and builds trusting relationships
A team player with energy, initiative and emotional maturity
An educator excited by immersive language learning and inquiry-based STEM
A strong understanding of and commitment to child safety and ethical practice
And above all, someone with warmth, positivity, and a heart for children
