Roles and Responsibilities
Admin Executive
Responsibilities
Processing of invoices.
Handling petty Cash expenses
Daily rounds of facility to upkeep the office premises.
Co-ordination with consultant for shop & establishment license.
Maintaining reports
Vendor co-ordination
Hotel booking and Cab bookings for visitors
Stationery orders and maintaining records of the same
Handling contractual staff- HK, Pantry staff, Security
Daily rounds taken to ensure that housekeeping carry out the work and maintain office area in good condition .Track updating of checklist and co-ordination for any issues.
Processing of bills, cash vouchers expenses and maintain MIS of the same
Handling petty cash expenses and MIS of the same.
Daily updating MIS for Gym usage, Transport usage, HK material usage etc.
Keeping track of material movement from the office, issuing gate pass.
Ensuring complete office set up in case of office from one location to other location
Co-ordinations with vendors on requirement basis.
Liasoning with govt. bodies MTNL, TMC, Lab our office, Octroi, MSED as needed.
Assisting in procurement Stationery, Housekeeping services, Cafeteria etc.
Follow up with fit out vendors during issues, and following up with the building facility for any issues.
Managing events in office, festival celebrations giving suggestions for the events etc.
Miscellaneous activities like making arrangements for visitors, looking after guest house, booking of cabs as when required, meeting up NGOs for CSR, filling up of documents.
