Roles and Responsibilities for Hiring a Driver on a Monthly Basis:
• Driving Services:
• Safely operate the vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide transportation services to the vehicle owner and/or designated passengers.
• Familiarize oneself with the vehicle's features and ensure it is properly maintained.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at various destinations.
• Handle parking and vehicle security when required.
• Punctuality and Reliability:
• Arrive promptly at the designated time and location as scheduled.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable presence throughout the agreed-upon period.
• Notify the vehicle owner in advance of any anticipated delays or changes to the schedule.
• Adhere to the agreed-upon working hours and schedule.
• Safety and Security:
• Prioritize safety of passengers, ensuring a smooth and secure driving experience.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle for any mechanical issues or potential safety concerns.
• Demonstrate defensive driving techniques and remain alert to potential hazards.
• Maintain a clean driving record and promptly report any accidents or incidents.
• Professionalism and Conduct:
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the vehicle owner and passengers.
• Provide excellent customer service, catering to specific needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and attentiveness to instructions.
• Vehicle Care and Maintenance:
• Regularly clean and maintain the vehicle's interior and exterior appearance.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is refueled as needed.
• Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs promptly to the vehicle owner.
• Keep records of maintenance activities, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items when required.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the vehicle owner, such as running errands.
• Maintain knowledge of local traffic regulations, alternate routes, and road conditions.
• Exhibit flexibility in working hours, as per the vehicle owner's requirements.
