Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to understand and collecting user requirement for the Resource module in Solvent Wind Down area. This will involve working closely with the business and SMEs to understand & prioritize business requests, coordinate with the development team to provide estimate efforts, develop test plans & ensure timely delivery on committed items and to project manage all aspects of software development according to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Job Background/context: Regulators in the US and UK requires systemically important banks, like Citi, to conduct Solvent Wind Down (SWD) exercises as part of wider recovery and resolution preparedness. SWD is an exercise that requires systemically important banks to identify the steps and resources it needs to wind down its business, especially in a situation where resources are limited, and evaluate the risks and impact of a wind down and consider how to mitigate them. The objective of the wind down planning is to help reduce the risk of cascading failures on consumers and markets participants when a firm winds down its regulated business. Key Responsibilities: Understanding Business Requirements provided by Business partners and to convert into functional requirements for the developers. Working with the Technical Team in Pune, Chennai & US supporting SFRM application. Ensure Test reports and PTS documentation is up to date. Work closely with Cross Functional Teams e.g. Product Assurance, Business Office, Controls and Production Support. Prepare handover documents, test plans, test reports and manage SIT with oversight of UAT Test web-based applications across different Browser combinations and client/server applications. Manage Defects and Host defect prevention call Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how the development function integrates within overall business/technology to achieve objectives requires a good understanding of the industry. Ability to understand complex problems, analyze and provide solutions. Owns success - Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions Ability to build relationship with business and technology stakeholders.
