Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we’ll help you detangle any challenges along the way.
We're looking for TAFE (Advanced Diploma and Associate Degree) students interested in Civil (Transport & Water), Building Services and Structural drafting and documentation technician areas to join our Digital Delivery team in Melbourne . Our Graduate Documentation Technicians will commence with our Graduate Program cohort in February 2027 .
You'll assist in working on varied projects across a range of clients as a Drafter, Modeller or Documentation Technician.
Assist in the preparation of technical deliverables in the form of design models and drawings based on engineering calculations sketches.
Collaborate and work on major projects alongside industry leading engineers and designers.
Along the way, you’ll get a broad look at the many career pathways available at GHD—because no future should come with split ends!
In your first year, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help you find your rhythm in the industry.
By year two, you’ll have the flexibility to style your development, whether that’s diving deeper into your technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.
