Responsibilities
The Global ID Administration (GIDA) Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
• Responsibilities
• Implement standardized GIAM Ops Information Security migration processes for applications and infrastructure systems
• Plan and execute migration projects using Project Management best practices
• Coordinate with teams providing standardized GIAM Ops support for applications, Database Systems and terminations/revocations
• Manage internal projects end-to-end while meeting schedule, scope, and performance goals
• Cooperate with Service Delivery, Risk, PRM, and re-engineering teams to exchange knowledge and experience
• Cooperate with CATE Solution development teams and help with implementation of automation solutions and troubleshooting
• Design and develop Citigroup information security related solutions
• Test and implement process automation tools
• Manage project stakeholders from system admin, developer, business, and technology organizations
• Work to be compliant with Citigroup policy
• Analyze process security gaps
• Support Audit, and Risk Analysis
• Complete additionally any other tasks in connection with the role but not detailed in the current job description, delegated by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher desired or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience
• Minimum 8+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 4+ years' experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with project management experience
• Minimum 4+ years' experience in transitioning applications and infrastructure systems
• Must have good negotiation, troubleshooting skills, verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Identify & Access Management preferred
• Good working knowledge of industry standard information security practices
• Candidate must have a proven track record of working in a global environment
• Candidate should be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
• Adept at running virtual meetings of global project stakeholders
• Has to be innovative, creative and flexible
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Project Management experience and/or PMP certification is a plus
• Knowledge of any databases, Operating Systems, Applications, and Mainframe is a plus
Education:
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
