Key Responsibilities/Skills:
• ArcGIS Enterprise Developer.
• Expertise with the ESRI suite of products, ArcGIS Server, ArcMap, JavaScript, VB.NET, C#, visual Studio.NET, DOJO Toolkit, MS SQL Server, ArcSDE, ArcObjects, ReAct.js, Git, Google maps, role-based systems, active directory, core services, mobile development and developing dashboards would be helpful, but not required.
• Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL, R or Python.
• Proficiency with front-end design languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and various mapping languages.
• Databases (Any One or more) - PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS REST services and consuming REST services from Java Script.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible team-player
• Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets, and business goals
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
