Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Lead and motivate a team of dispensing opticians to deliver high-quality patient care and services
Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture and encourage staff development and growth
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of staff motivation and development
In-depth knowledge of the optical industry, including market trends and competitor analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions
