We're on the hunt for a dependable Furnace Process Worker to join our dedicated day shift team. You'll be a key part of our toughened glass manufacturing process, operating furnace equipment, setting recipes, completing regular compliance testing and handling glass.
This is a hands-on, technical role that requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures precisely, and physical fitness for some heavy lifting (supported by mechanical lifting devices). You'll be working in a small, hardworking team where safety and quality come first.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Previous experience in the glass industry (advantageous, not essential)
A technical mindset and solid problem-solving skills
A strong focus on safety, compliance, and doing things the right way
Good communication, a team-player attitude, and pride in your work
Physical fitness and comfort working in a factory environment
Inquisitive nature - willing to ask questions and keep learning
