Responsibilities include
Driving execution across all work streams – the bridge between senior bankers and the junior team – as well as frequent interactions with clients
Ability to manage a large number of projects in parallel
Developing financial models, performing customized company valuation analysis and actively being involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and financing.
Organizing and preparing presentations, assessing clients situations to provide the necessary financial advice and recommending strategies to meet client goals
Coordinating teams of tax advisors, auditors, lawyers, and bankers for various transactions; leading due diligence processes and actively participating in the negotiations of legal documentation, preparations of internal committee presentations and funding.
Coaching and mentoring of the junior population – providing day to day guidance and management of the project teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of prior work experience in Investment Banking – this role is specifically within the infrastructure vertical so prior deal experience is required
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
