FICC & Equities
We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis.
Strategic Client Coverage
We sit in the Global Banking & Markets segment (GBM) where GS clients buy and sell financial products in every asset class and region, raise funding, and manage risk.
We help key stakeholders to understand some of the biggest and most complex clients of the firm. Working closely with sales, trading, strats, and other divisions of the firm, we dig into business opportunities, client strategy and data to help deliver the best of GS to our clients.
This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a passion for business development and our clients. We are looking for individuals with strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as innovative thinkers who thrive in fast-paced environments and with senior exposure.
Your Impact
Are you interested in sitting in the forefront of data to drive key business decisions? In this role, you will be drawing commercially actionable insights from large datasets, for senior leaders helping them grow our business with clients.
How You Will Fulfil Your Potential
• You will be building the automation infrastructure for the team’s reporting initiatives.
• Build interactive tools to identify business trends for senior leaders.
• Provide scalability for the team to perform client analysis and identify business gaps.
• Identifying opportunities to drive business process efficiencies. Helping to develop new tools and process to enhance the productivity of the desk.
• You will be the central data gatekeeper for the team. Build and maintain the team’s analytics engines.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelors Degree
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Proficient in Data analytics and visualization using Alteryx and Tableau
• Strong critical and analytical thinking with a good sense for numbers
• Comfortable with leveraging data and technology to drive business decisions.
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
