Job Title – Territory Manager- Cross Sell( Personal Loan)
Function – Personal Loan
Job Purpose
The role bearer has the responsibility of sourcing loans from market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners as well establishing a quality portfolio. It entails managing a team, maintain strong relationships, foster co-operation and communicate effectively across different mediums. The role bearer has to make sure adherence to the policies and guidelines set. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse contributing to the larger objectives of the bank
Roles & Responsibilities
• Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
• Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations and current market trends
• Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service
Education
Graduate – Any
Post Graduate - MBA, PGDM
Experience
Minimum 5 to 10 years in sales in BFSI Industries

Roles and Responsibilities

• Credit analysis including regular monitoring of existing and new clients.
• • Prepare credit proposal notes and present to Risk Management team and Sanction Committees for approval.
• • Documentation of various credit facilities including negotiations with clients in order to maintain prescribed standards.
• • Support the RM in maintaining effective client relationship to originate business & service client needs on corporate banking, commercial banking, investment banking and international banking products.
Key Functions
• Conduct thorough credit analysis of clients to ensure timely decision-making.
• • Develop and present comprehensive credit proposals to senior management for approval.
• • Maintain accurate and detailed records of credit facilities, including negotiations with clients.
• • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to build strong client relationships and identify business opportunities.

• Establish a deep understanding of clients' financial health and creditworthiness.
• • Develop strategic plans to support clients' business growth and financial objectives.
• • Foster long-term partnerships with clients through exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
• • Continuously monitor and report on client credit performance to ensure timely identification of potential risks
