Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able a support MNC corporate bankers for all client activities (marketing, execution, and on-going relationship management) and also communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders on various banking support related activities.
Job Responsibilities
• Helping bankers with preparation of marketing material for clients (Pitch books)
• Preparing draft deal documents and internal approval documents such as requests for new account opening, Pricing Approvals etc.
• Assisting bankers with maintaining deal pipeline & monitoring
• Assist in KYC onboarding and internal compliance requirements
• Interacting with clients on the operational aspects of deal executions
• Coordinate with product partners, credit, legal & compliance, operations on a regular basis
• Build Skills sets and knowledge to eventually transition into a junior banker role in future. This will require you to have the ability to manage client relationships and provide solutions to the clients across corporate banking product suite, with a specific focus on core cash management, trade, liquidity, foreign exchange, and funding solutions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with variety of people, including senior corporate bankers, product partners, operations support, credit, and senior management
• Excellent time management, the ability to prioritize issues and be responsive
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as be a team player
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• Minimum 24 months of work experience, preferably in Corporate Banking or related functions/roles
• Post-graduation: CA / MBA from a reputed institute preferred
