• You will research and identify top neighbourhoods, restaurants, food hotspots, party spots, activities, and experiences that showcase the culture and creativity of different cities around the world.">
• You will create life-altering experiences for a community of founders, creators, leaders, rebels, artists, designers, corporate misfits, and beyond.">
• You will manage budgets, coordinate timings and outcomes with vendors, and prioritize resident experience on our trips.">
• You will work in a dynamic, yet remote environment, and can expect a startup energy through and through, where execution is the focus.">
• You will use both your left and right brain to launch, produce, and curate experiences across the world.">

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate hotel inventory across the world, build relationships, and negotiate rates.">
• Manage experiences in different countries across the world, pick restaurants, food hotspots, identify top neighborhoods, research about party spots, activities, and experiences.">
• Create life-altering experiences for a community of founders, creators, leaders, rebels, artists, designers, corporate misfits, and beyond.">
• Directly work with the production team on destinations like Iceland, Greece, Japan, Spain, South Africa, etc.">
• Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, coordinate timings and outcomes with vendors, while prioritizing resident experience on our trips.">
• Work in a dynamic, yet remote environment, and can expect a startup energy through and through, where execution is the focus.">
• Use both your left and right brain to launch, produce, and curate experiences across the world.">

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tour management, travel planning & coordination, bookings, and travel logistics.">
• You are familiar with industry-standard tools such as Get your Guide, Airbnb Experiences, and Viator.">
• You are a natural problem solver, negotiator, and communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.">
• You have a grip on situations even when they seem out of control and can communicate challenges & updates flawlessly.">
• You can multitask, bring your own productivity system, and find it easy to work with people across all levels.">
• You are great at onboarding vendors, building long-term relationships, and cracking win-win partnerships.">
• You are passionate about curating and producing bar-raising travel experiences.">
