Your key responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities including:
• Headcount Management, including Monthly/Quarterly/ Year End Forecast, Monthly Region/ Product Walks.
• Tracking of Strategic Hires, Externals and providing inputs to Central performance management leads.
• Position approval tracking and coordination with COOs/ BMs across Regions & Products.
• Assist with the MRM & council processes, which will help IPB COO and Management team to achieve FTE targets and maintain a sharp cost discipline.
• Preparing ad-hoc FTE MI, performing analysis and providing Commentaries on ExCo/ OpCo deck.
• Project Manage various Resource Management related activities.
• Other COO / Business Insights tasks as necessary.
• This is a Global role & requires extensive engagement on several topics with COOs across Regions & Products.
Your skills and experience
• Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages.
• Good knowledge of the financial sector.
• Experience in Business Management or Management Consulting.
• Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
• Very Good Excel working knowledge.
