CTC (Fixed+Variable) - Upto 80L only
Location: Mumbai
Mandatory Experience - Over 15-20 years experience in Marketing of which at least 7 or more in Digital Marketing with B2B customers. Candidates from agency background with relevant B2B experience are welcome to apply. Experience in logistics, supply chain companies with B2B customers will be an advantage. Candidates with experience of B2B digital marketing in global georgaphies like APAC/ME/Europe/Americas is required.
Candidates with the mandatory B2B digital marketing experience would be screened for next round of discussions
Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing the digital marketing team, leading all digital marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to execution, measurement and optimization and ensuring all digital efforts are integrated with relevant organization functions to achieve company objectives. He/she will analyse the organization’s digital marketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improve digital marketing performance and maximise returns. He/she should possess a data-driven mindset and be skilled at interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage budget across all digital channels and platforms • Develop an overall digital marketing strategy and see through campaign implementation • Build, lead, and manage a team of Digital Marketing Managers/Executives • Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met • Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives • Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, lower cost of customer acquisition, and increase customer life-time value (LTV) • Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to head of departments and suggest recommendations for business performance improvement • Source for and work closely with digital agencies to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned • Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up • Work closely with in-house teams and maintain client relationships through scheduling regularly meetings to go through reports and provide actionable insights • Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness
Skills Required
Minimum experience of 15 years in Marketing and Ideally 10 years experience in managing digital marketing specifically • Experience working with digital agencies • In-depth knowledge and experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools • Proven track record of effective budget planning and management • Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
