About the Role
Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Global Lending. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of sourced transaction processing, stakeholder management, and client satisfaction across multiple internal clients and locations. You will work closely with our global teams to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the portfolio of sourced transaction processing, ensuring high-quality results and minimizing operational risks.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of business experience in operation management, with strong communications skills and a sound knowledge of lending operations. Strong background and experience in managing EMEA or US lending teams, effective decision-making, leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Project Management tools and familiarity with Financial reporting and planning processes are also required.
