Job Description
The ideal candidate will have independently handled international exhibitions like Gulf Food, FoodEx, Wofex, SIAL, Anuga etc and brand tradeshows both in domestic and international markets. They will also have experience in FMCG.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing an annual calendar of tradeshows, exhibitions, and events aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives
• Creating tailored event strategies that target specific audience segments and align with brand messaging
• Managing end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, venue selection, booth design, logistics, staffing, and vendor management
• Ensuring timely and efficient coordination of event setup, on-site support, and breakdown
• Collaborating with external vendors, contractors, and agencies to deliver high-quality event experiences
