Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and building trusted relationships
An ability to flourish in a high growth, entrepreneurial and global environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
Strong planning ability and experience in developing plan strategies and future operation goals
Responsibilities
Acts as business partner to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and his/her leadership team to provide thought leadership in how to best operationalize the Marketing strategy
Drive business planning and effectiveness through a focus on insights and analytics
Leads team of operation analysts to collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, monitor results, and adjust strategies as needed based on analytical findings
Operationalize Marketing Programs and drive automation and process improvements to deliver efficiencies
Develop and implement streamlined marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across campaigns and projects
Create, maintain, execute, and communicate the Marketing effectiveness measures and responsible for providing insights and recommendations for course correction
Own improvements and health of the marketing tech stack
Collaborate with Operations to manage the health of the database
Utilizes customer research, industry trends and market competitive analysis along with cross-functional stakeholder data to conduct business analysis
Leads operational and strategic projects as needed with ability to pull together cross-functional teams to drive execution

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required, post-graduate degree is a plus.
