Global Network Operation
This role involves technical investigation and resolution of complex network incidents, ensuring faster recovery through applying technical fixes.
• Perform SME-level technical investigation of complex network incidents and apply technical fixes for faster recovery.
• Manage situations related to major network incidents and critical migrations.
• Engage with external service providers, vendors, regional and global network teams, security teams, wider technology support team, and management.
Key qualifications include a Master's/Graduate degree in a technical discipline, good professional certifications, and 10-15 years of hands-on working knowledge in Network WAN/LAN with Security technology and Operational experience in an ISP environment or BFSI industry/RIM profile handling large enterprise banking and financial services industry experience.
The successful candidate should possess excellent oral/written communication skills, analytical skills, time management skills, and customer focus.
