As a UX/UI Designer , you'll be an integral part of the Network Services Automation team based in Bengaluru. We are a new team with seriously big ambitions. With your skill in producing clean and artful designs, you'll help us to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces. What we'll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you'll enjoy Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under child care assistance benefit (gender neutral) Flexible working arrangements Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Translate business objectives and user needs into creative, simple, functional, navigation and user interaction requirements and design patterns Collaborate with all stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visualisations and user-experience Work in teams following agile development practices Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and application maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Own the full development lifecycle, including the delivery of quality technical materials for each project Learn new technologies and languages Support the business during the testing phase of projects and later on during production Your skills and experience Significant demonstrable experience in creating and implementing UX design Demonstrable UX/UI design skills, preferably with own strong portfolio Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and application maps Proficiency in latest tools for producing visual designs and wire-frames Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction user-centric mindset Good communication skills to present
