Job Description
The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for
Trade Transformation related analytics, project tracking, and coordination with the Technology, and Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to apply working knowledge of technical concept to analyze data, provide recommendations, and deliver on transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
Track BoW for Trade
Coordinate with Global Operation, Tech and product teams on projects
Trade Data analysis
Tracking BoW for Trade
Work on automation projects.
Create presentations.
Expertise to be developed for Trade Products, Operations Processes and systems like CSF, ARDF, TRIMS, Imaging, OCR, CSF, CitiDirect, TAOS, GPOS, CitiConnect, GTOAP, GIS, TDMS, etc.
Critical issues escalation
Ad hoc Ops projects coordination
SME support to Ops
Commercialization tracking
Operational efficiency programs
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a related role, preferably with exposure to project management and analytics
Demonstrated experience with trade processing and transaction services
Effective verbal, written, communication and analytical skills
Effective management, influencing and relationship skills
